Shipping Information

Need your order shipped fast? Get same-day shipping via UPS when placing your order by 1:30 p.m. Eastern. We offer two-day, three-day and ground options as well. Items shipping LTL will typically ship next day. We also offer full truckload shipping to keep your location stocked.

RETURN POLICY
All items accepted for return must be new, not installed or used, returned in original undamaged packaging accompanied by the original invoice within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight must be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Parts Place. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt Parts Place is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cannot be cancelled after 12 PM Eastern on day of shipment. Customer is responsible for return freight and any restocking fees on orders cancelled after shipment.
